本服務條款規範您使用輕鬆點 Pro(eatsy.cc,以下稱「我們」)網站、管理後台、LINE 點餐、線上菜單、訂單管理、付款與相關服務的權利與義務。
使用本服務即表示您同意本條款。若您代表店家或公司使用本服務,您表示您有權代表該店家或公司接受本條款。
服務內容
輕鬆點 Pro 提供餐飲店家建立線上菜單、接收訂單、管理商品與營運設定、串接 LINE 相關功能、使用出單或通知工具,以及購買訂閱方案或付費功能。
我們可能依營運、技術、安全或法令需求調整、改善、暫停或終止部分功能,並會在合理範圍內提供通知。
帳號與店家責任
您應提供正確、完整且最新的帳號、店家、商品、價格、稅務、付款與聯絡資訊。您需自行負責店家頁面、商品描述、價格、優惠、營業狀態、訂單履行、客服、退換貨與消費者爭議。
您應妥善保管帳號登入資訊,並對透過您的帳號進行的活動負責。若發現未授權使用或安全事件,請立即通知我們。
付款、訂閱與自動續約
部分服務可能需要付費或訂閱。價格、方案內容、付款週期與限制會顯示於購買流程或方案頁面。除非購買流程另有說明,訂閱方案可能依所選週期自動續約,直到您取消為止。
付款可能由 Creem 或其他第三方付款服務提供者處理。付款服務提供者可能作為付款處理商、銷售紀錄方或依交易安排提供稅務、發票、風險控管與付款相關服務。
取消與退款
您可以依系統提供的方式或聯絡客服取消訂閱。取消後,已付費方案通常可使用至當期結束,除非購買流程或適用法律另有規定。
除法律要求或我們另行同意外,已開始的訂閱期間、已使用的服務、一次性費用、設定費或客製化服務費通常不退款。若付款由 Creem 或其他第三方處理,退款流程與到帳時間可能受該付款服務提供者規則影響。
可接受使用
您不得使用本服務從事非法、侵權、詐欺、濫發訊息、惡意攻擊、干擾系統、規避安全措施、侵犯他人隱私、上傳惡意程式,或銷售違法、受限制或不適合透過本服務交易的商品或服務。
若我們合理認定您的使用違反本條款、法律、第三方平台規則或可能造成風險,我們得限制、暫停或終止服務。
第三方平台與服務
本服務可能整合 LINE、付款服務、雲端主機、分析工具、通知工具或其他第三方服務。第三方服務由其各自條款與政策管理,我們不負責第三方服務的可用性、內容、決策或行為。
智慧財產權
我們保留本服務、網站、軟體、設計、商標與相關內容的所有權利。您保留您提供給本服務的店家資料、商品內容、圖片與商業資料的權利,但授權我們在提供、維護、保護與改善服務所需範圍內使用該等內容。
免責聲明與責任限制
本服務依現況提供。我們會合理維護服務穩定與安全,但不保證服務不會中斷、錯誤、延遲或完全符合您的特定需求。
在法律允許的最大範圍內,我們不對間接、附帶、特殊、衍生或懲罰性損害負責,包括營業損失、資料遺失、商譽損害或預期利益損失。
條款變更、準據法與聯絡方式
我們可能因服務、法規或營運需求更新本條款。重大變更將以網站公告、電子郵件或其他合理方式通知。您在變更後繼續使用服務,即表示接受更新後條款。
除非適用法律另有強制規定,本條款以中華民國(台灣)法律為準據法。

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of 輕鬆點 Pro (eatsy.cc, "we", "us", or "our") websites, dashboards, LINE ordering, online menus, order management, payment, and related services.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a merchant or company, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Services
輕鬆點 Pro helps food and beverage merchants create online menus, receive orders, manage products and operation settings, integrate LINE-related features, use printing or notification tools, and purchase subscriptions or paid features.
We may adjust, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services for operational, technical, security, or legal reasons, and we will provide notice when reasonably appropriate.
Accounts and Merchant Responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete, and current account, merchant, product, price, tax, payment, and contact information. You are responsible for merchant pages, product descriptions, prices, promotions, business status, order fulfillment, customer support, returns, and customer disputes.
You must protect your login credentials and are responsible for activities under your account. If you discover unauthorized use or a security incident, notify us immediately.
Payments, Subscriptions, and Auto-Renewal
Some Services require payment or a subscription. Prices, plan features, billing cycles, and limits are shown during checkout or on the plan page. Unless otherwise stated during purchase, subscriptions may automatically renew for the selected billing cycle until canceled.
Payments may be processed by Creem or other third-party payment providers. Depending on the transaction setup, payment providers may act as payment processors, merchants of record, or provide tax, invoice, risk, and payment-related services.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a subscription through the available system flow or by contacting support. After cancellation, paid plans are generally available until the end of the current billing period unless checkout terms or applicable law state otherwise.
Except where required by law or separately approved by us, started subscription periods, used Services, one-time fees, setup fees, and custom service fees are generally non-refundable. If payment is processed by Creem or another third party, refund handling and timing may be subject to that provider’s rules.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, spam, abusive, malicious, system-interfering, security-bypassing, privacy-invasive, malware-related, or otherwise harmful activities. You may not sell illegal, restricted, or unsuitable products or services through the Services.
If we reasonably determine that your use violates these Terms, laws, third-party platform rules, or creates risk, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the Services.
Third-Party Platforms and Services
The Services may integrate LINE, payment services, cloud hosting, analytics tools, notification tools, or other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, decisions, or actions.
Intellectual Property
We retain all rights in the Services, websites, software, design, trademarks, and related content. You retain rights to merchant data, product content, images, and business information you provide, but you grant us permission to use that content as needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Services.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided as is. We use reasonable efforts to maintain service stability and security, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, delayed-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business, data, goodwill, or expected profits.
Changes, Governing Law, and Contact
We may update these Terms due to changes in our Services, laws, or operations. Material changes may be announced on our website, by email, or through other reasonable methods. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
